Each unit's building envelope is designed with a simple rectilinear footprint and uncluttered open plan living and entertainment spaces on ground floor level each with own private garden access from a a cosy outdoor covered patio terrace accessable directly from the living area in close proximity to the kitchen / dining / lounge/ TV room spaces for entertaining.
