A modern contemporary minimalist design approach is evident in the understated architectural aesthetic of this family home.
This 3 bedroom single level residence consisting of a rectalinear concrete mass in raw form housing all the living and private spaces in series seperated by glazed entrance foyer adjacent to a metal clad two vehicle parking garage with uitilty spaces tucked in behind the main structure juxtaposed by maintenance free rustic brickwork boxes hidden from the streetscape.
Simple minimal architecture predominates the external building facades. A long span metal cladded roof structure envelopes the residence above a clear storey glazed facade on the north eatern exposure allowing maximum natural light to filter into the living spaces.
