A double volume entrance porch and hall greets visitors upon entering the home alongside a sculptured staircase leading up to the private bedroom spaces on the upper floor flanked by a double garage to the left of the entry and a single garage to the right on the southern street facade.
All bedrooms on the upper floor that are north facing provide expansive views towards the golf fairway and also provide energy efficient building orientation for heating and cooling. A large open balcony finds itself adjacent to a intimate family tv room on the first floor segregating the master suite from the second and third bedrooms. All upper floor bedrooms have en-suite bathroom facilities.
The large covered patio with built-in bar being the focal point on the ground level opens out onto a lush garden and pool deck area connected to the indoor living areas and kitchen for ease of guest and family entertainment access allowing indoor / outdoor living.
